Hello my name is Brett Stevenson and I am the Headteacher at Pillowell. I was fortunate to become Headteacher in September 2010.

Pillowell is a traditional primary school, we cater for children throughout the Primary age range (4-11). Education starts at Pillowell within our Early Years provider and here we provide an exciting and relevant curriculum where play is the focus and learning occurs as a natural, yet planned, progression.

We have an enthusiastic and highly experienced staff as well as a lovely location and interesting building. This means that as well as the traditional curriculum, we are able to provide specialist music teaching, lessons in Modern Foreign languages, and exciting learning experiences using the latest technology. There are a wide range of activities both during and after school. We are also proud to be fully involved in our local community and work closely with our schools locally.

We believe that education is a partnership between home and school. Through working together we will ensure that your child is happy, secure, sees learning as a positive experience and receives the best possible education. Our aim is for all children, not only to achieve their full potential, but also to be confident and secure in their own belief in themselves. We pride ourselves on being a caring school where our children's welfare is important as we believe that happy children enable success.
